David Fields has been a FS owner since early 2019 and currently owns 14 salons and counting in CA and AZ. He concurrently serves as a fractional non-profit CFO. Prior to embarking on the entrepreneurial journey, David served in CFO and COO roles in multiple private equity owned companies. He is also a "recovering investment banker" having spent several years providing M&A and corporate finance advice to energy industry clients. David also previously served in operational and technical leadership roles in the energy industry, and began his career as a surface warfare officer in the US Navy. Throughout his professional career David has led teams of over 200 people in the Navy and over 400 people in the corporate world. Despite often taking over troubled projects / teams, he successfully led change, delivered superior results, and fostered growth within these teams - his proudest accomplishment.
